Here at Ridgeway Frozen we are renowned for offering top quality frozen food. We are proud supporters of bricks and mortar businesses UK wide, which is why we are constantly assessing our prices to make them one of the most competitive on the market.
You’ll also find on the website many Ridgeway own brand products and a range from our partners at HerpXotics. We’ve also listed many products from big name manufactures such as Arcadia, Habistat and Komodo.
Trade accounts are available to business customers only; you must be a registered business with a professional premises, ideally a bricks and mortar shop. In order to approve your account we must be able to find reference to your business online.
We also offer livestock and trade customers will receive an email of availability, this is usually once per week. You MUST have an AAL in order to purchase livestock.
We are only able to deal with mainland UK businesses at this time.
Once verified you must be logged in to your account to view trade prices, if not it reverts to retail prices. Trade prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Please note that all frozen food and Pangea is VAT exempt.
Delivery address must be the same address as your business unless given prior permission, orders placed for delivery to an address different to the trade premises linked to your account will be cancelled and your access maybe revoked. Should you have multiple premises then a separate account should be set up for each with their individual AAL included.
