HerpXotics Racks are high quality PVC systems that have been designed to last. Plastic reptile racking has a much longer lifespan than more commonly seen wooden types. All HerpXotics rack systems are built from black or white 13mm PVC-U plastic foam. These units are all made to order in the UK using a CNC machine, these machines ensure all edges are neat and smooth.
Plastic snake racks last forever, their solid material is fire and UV resistant and has excellent insulating properties, maintaining a more stable environment for your reptiles. They are incredibly water resistant and unlike wood will never rot, which makes them ideal for species that require higher humidity levels.
HerpXotics Rack Stat Stackers are an innovative design that allows easy stacking of two 33L RUB racks, with space for 2 HabiStat thermostats. The stats are mounted in a convenient was that allows easy temp control and tidies up wires allowing the rack to fit snug against the wall behind. There is space for two thermostats, one for the upper and and one for the lower portions of the unit. The stats slot in easy from the inside, displaying it on the outside of the rack making it easier to adjust the temperature without having to move the rack out to access the stat.
All HerpXotics Snake Racks are available in black or white. Please note that black enclosures are a soft faced material and can mark easily if not careful. The unique stacking and modular design means you can start out small and extend whenever you need to, without having to rebuy. The racks fit snugly on top of each other thanks to tabs that hold them in place, this means they will not slide around. We also have other stacking options available such as the stacking plates, these are perfectly designed plates to sit in between two racks. They hold the thermostats neatly flush with the rest of the rack, allowing easy temperature adjustment without the need to get behind the rack and tidying up the unsightly cables.
