Each kit includes:
- Polystyrene insulated shipping box (Polybox)
- Cardboard outer box (Cardboard Liner)
- 40 Hour UniHeat Heat Pack
- Void fill packing material
Heat Pack Directions:
- Open the heat pack’s outer packaging and expose it to air. No kneading or shaking is required.
- The heat pack activates within 3–5 minutes and is then ready for use.
- Wrap the heat pack in newspaper or similar material to prevent direct contact with livestock or shipping containers.
- Alternatively, tape the heat pack to the underside of the polystyrene box lid with the plain side facing the lid. Do not cover the ventilation holes.
- Do not allow the heat pack to become wet, as this will prevent it from functioning correctly.
- Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until ready for use.
Heat Pack Precautions:
- Do not open the inner heat pack.
- If the contents come into contact with skin, eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice.
- Keep out of reach of children.
